Santa Ema Gran Reserva Carmenère is a wine that comes from the Cachapoal Valley and shows an intense violet-red color. Its outstanding aromas offer spicy notes of black pepper and fruits such as blueberries and blackberries. Well-balanced on the palate, its tannins are soft and ripe, with an agreeable ending. It makes a great harmony with pasta, Chilean food, stews and casseroles.
