Baked Rays Bream (4 servings)

Baked Rays Bream

Ingredients:

  • 4 rays Bream filets
  • 1 big onio julienne
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea salt (or coars salt) to your liking
  • Pepper to your liking

Preparation:
Preheat oven at medium heat. In a glass tray pour a dash of olive oil
and lay the vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Add the fish filets and the
wine. Cook for about 20-25 minutes at medium heat and enjoy!
